Do you have 24 hour access?
Yes majority of our storage centres are 24 hours, allowing you the flexibility to come and go when its suits you.
Do you have a rubbish disposal service?
Yes, rubbish disposal is available at additional cost.
Do you have shelving I can use in my storage unit?
Yes, shelving is available to rent or buy.
Does my rental fee include GST?
Yes, all our payments includes GST. There are no other hidden fees or surprises.
How can I manage my deliveries and sending goods out?
Our Dispatch and Receipt of Goods area is a great service for business customers who regularly send or receive freight. You can easily arrange for your freight company to collect or deliver items without needing to be on-site via our Parcel pickup/dispatch rooms. Note: If you're dealing with pallets, the storer or driver must handle the loading/unloading, either with our walkie stacker or by booking a tail-lift service through their transport provider. Businesses can also use the storage centre as a mailing address to receive packages on their behalf, especially useful for home-based businesses or sole traders.
I have multiple people that need access how can we manage that?
Via our Custom Access Codes. KSS can provide multiple access codes so business owners can monitor staff access.
I need to store pallets in my unit can I add pallet racking?
Our Enterprise Spaces allow for pallet racking, helping maximise your storage efficiency. Racking can be installed as long as it’s fully removed and the unit is returned to its original condition at the end of your Storage rental.
Is there a place I can hold meetings?
Businesses have access to our on-site conference rooms, which are great for meetings or client presentations.
Do you have a notice period for vacating or up sizing or down sizing a storage unit?
We don’t enforce any notice period or fixed term agreement as we understand circumstances can change, stay as long or as short as you like.
What equipment do you have on site that we can use?
Trolleys, Pallet Jacks & Loading Equipment. Free use of handling equipment such as trolleys, pallet jacks, and walkie stackers simplifies the movement of goods within the facility.
What security features do you have?
Majority of our centres have CCTV surveillance with multiple cameras and back to base monitoring, individually alarmed units, PIN code access in and out of the centre, perimiter fencing and secuty lighting. And our team carry out daily lock checks on all units.
