The building is an icon of the North Shore of Sydney. Originally built in 1932 for Grace Bros as a furniture repository. It has been a prominent part of the landscape for over 80 years.

Pacific Highway has fully self contained storage spaces with CCTV surveillance and 15 cameras throughout the centre. Each wine cellar is individually alarmed with PIN access.
