The recent development of 28 mini warehouses by Kennards Self Storage in Penrith has proven extremely popular with local emerging enterprises.

The rapid occupation of these spaces means there is only one available, after opening in October last year.

Kennards Enterprise Spaces are smaller than traditional industrial warehousing too. The smaller size is 36 square metres, while the largest is 108 square metres.

With the flexibility of No Fixed Lease, the occupants can upsize, downsize or vacate at any time without penalty. This means business can adjust their space use and cost with demand or season.
