Kennards Self Storage is developing what is called Bastion at Warrawong which offers private mini warehouse spaces for purchase.

Ranging in size from 54 square metres to 151 square metres.

Each unit comes with parking and is serviced with power, water and NBN.

There are 29 individual units in the first phase of the project.

Most spaces come with a mezzanine, toilet and shower. Alternatively, if you just want a small simple space, we have a few of them too.

The spaces are ideal for any small enterprise, as well as people looking for space for their toys and hobbies.

Construction is underway now and should be complete by December, which means buyers do not have to wait months and years for their space.
