Thirst For Storage Continues To Grow At St Marys

Kennards Self Storage on 69 Christie Road St Marys opened its doors for business in December 2016. The state of the art storage facility has been extremely popular with local residents and businesses resulting in an additional three level storage building being added to the current site.

The final building will be completed in late February 2019. The purpose built three level storage building will be equipped with individually alarmed storage units. Access to all levels is via a brand new goods lift, purpose built to accommodate all sizes of furniture and boxes.

Castle Hill – Meet The Team

Kennards Self Storage at Castle Hill has opened its newly built four storey storage building for business located at 5 Packard Avenue, Castle Hill NSW 2154.

The state of the art storage building forms part of the expansion of Kennards Self Storage at Castle Hill. The thirst for storage in the local community has resulted in a four level storage building that is highly visible from Windsor Road. The famous orange and blue Kennards building adds its vibrancy to the location.

Centre Manager Mick is extremely excited about the addition “ We have all different sized units to help local residents and businesses for their storage needs, If you need a storage solution please come and see the people who care at Kennards Self Storage Castle Hill .”

Final Touches on the Hills Districts Largest Storage Facility

The final touches are being checked over at Kennards Self Storage Castle Hill. The expansion of the state of the art multi storey storage building is nearing completion. The team are excited to launch the opening on the 21st November 2018

The storage facility offers a wide range of sizes starting from 1sqm to 115sqm. With the addition of driveway units these are very popular with businesses and tradies taking advantage of the ease of access these units offer.

15 years of Service!

One of our Team Members Maria, was recently presented with her 15 Years of Service Award at our Annual Kennards Self Storage Achievement Dinner. Maria currently manages the Moore Park centre. Over her time she has Managed several centres and is currently a Training Hub for new Team Members joining Kennards. Maria’s dedication and commitment to her role has seen her as the go to person for anything storage.

We Strike Gold in the Hills

Its Gold for Mick, Medhat and Jim at Kennards Self Storage Castle Hill. This years Annual Dinner recognised the Castle Hill Team with Gold Achievement status.

It has been a busy year for the Team with demolition works to make way for construction of an additional 5 level storage building. The Team have managed to maintain business growth whilst providing exceptional customer service during construction.

Can not wait to follow what this Team can achieve with a new office and building, well done Mick, Medhat and Jim!

Another Gold for the Mantle

Here is an example of only settle for Gold. Jenny and Clint have consistently achieved Gold Level Achievement at Erina. Jenny has been managing the centre at Kennards Self Storage Erina for 18 years and has achieved Gold all this time.

What an outstanding achievement well done Jenny and Clint.

Welcome To Club Gold

Well done to Lisa, Ian and Carol at Belmont. Achieving their first Gold Award at this years Kennards Self Storage Achievement Dinner, they have worked hard to achieve this.

Their focus on all things operational at the centre has seen them achieve Gold level in 2018.

Uni Summer Holidays Are Coming

Sydney over the past 15 years has been an educational hub for international students. International students have been choosing Sydney as their preferred city to stay and study. Sydney has on offer several universities that provide courses for international students, Sydney University, The University of New South Wales and the University of Technology Sydney are all popular with our international students living in inner city and the Sydney CBD.

Alternatively privately operated colleges have been enticing new students with the variety of courses they have on offer. Colleges including Taylor’s College Sydney, International Screen Academy and Hillsong International Leadership College have seen enrolment numbers grow year on year.

Newcastle Facing Unprecedented Construction Boom

Newcastle has been experiencing an unprecedented boom in construction as the city skyline is continually changing. Newcastle currently looks like a construction zone with more than $1.6 Billion dollars injected into the economy, including $583 million in the State Governments Light Rail Project and another $900 million in residential apartment construction. The Newcastle Herald also revealed a further $640 million worth of developments in the pipeline.

These are exciting times ahead for Newcastle, as the city transforms into a modern hub for businesses, residential usage, retailing and also the hospitality sector with many new cafes and restaurants popping up. In 2017 the Newcastle Council signed with V8 Supercars to host the finale to their racing season in Newcastle. Local businesses are excited with all the activity in the CBD drawing in locals and tourist to the area.
