Plans Lodged at Wollongong City Council for $8 Million Expansion of North Wollongong Centre

April 20, 2018 by Kennards Self Storage

Strong demand at Kennards Self Storage Wollongong has compelled the company to optimise use of its 2.6 hectare inner city property. Plans were recently lodged for an $8 million expansion, which will add 8,300 square metres and 740 storage units.

The popular Enterprise Spaces will also be expanded. Kennards Enterprise Spaces are between 50-120 square metres. An ideal size for any budding new business idea.

The sweetest part is that there is no lease, no bond and no legals. This means entrepreneurs do not have to bet the home on their business idea.

The Kenanrds Self Storage expansion will see a full range of new storage units added to the inventory.

Students like the lockers and closet sized units in Summer Holidays, while home movers go for half garage and three quarter size garage units.

Kennards Self Storage Wollongong has individually alarmed spaces and comprehensive CCTV surveillance with 8 digital cameras.

This expansion follows Kennards recent opening of its second centre in the Illawarra on Shellharbour Rd Warrawong.
