An address in the eastern suburbs is one of the most coveted goals for many lovers of real estate. For many, it’s an aspirational place to live and it offers prestige but also a range of living options. In the suburbs closest to the city, downsizers and investors are the dominant purchasers. While further out to the east, upsizers are the main buyer group. The further you get towards the water, and towards Harbour views, the more likely you’ll be neighbours with some of the best-heeled residents of Sydney. There are also  many students, tourists and young professionals also renting in the east, which adds to our diverse mix of people and the vibrancy of this part of Sydney and the vast demographics that make up our 250,000 strong residents.
