Learn more about our wine partners
Kennards Self Storage works with a number of partners including Wineries, Merchants and Industry Vendors.

Wine will prematurely develop if stored in an environment that has large temperature variations, particularly if these occur frequently. Wine should never be stored in temperatures that are too cold (under 12ºC) as this will inhibit the development of the wine.
Similarly, wine stored in temperatures that are too warm (over 19ºC) will cause overly rapid development of your wine. The variations in temperature cause corks to expand and contract which leads to oxidation of the wine.
Our temperature control systems ensure the cellar temperature is very stable.
While each Kennards wine cellar facility has different attributes, our cellars typically maintain 14°C, 15°C or 16°C (+ or - 1°C).
Kennards Wine Storage Cellars are enclosed and the wine will only see the light when you visit.
Kennards Wine Storage maintains moderate humidity levels (55%-75%) to avoid these problems and assist in the optimum wine development conditions.
The temperature and humidity are controlled to keep conditions stable.
