Our Enterprise Spaces are rented month-to-month. This is unique - you rent the space with no lease, no bond and no legal expenses. The flexible arrangement means the space can be vacated at any time, without notice and we fully refund all unused rent. You can also upsize and downsize at a moment’s notice. 

Kennards mini warehouses offered in smaller sizes - from 30 square metres up 90 square metres so a great transition for a business before graduating to a high commitment larger leased warehouse. 

To support your enterprise, we have meeting rooms, materials handling equipment, and our delivery concierge service.

All our centres provide genuine customer service by our in-store teams. No reliance on glitchy technology, no service bots and distant call centres. Real people serving real people.

Your inbound and outbound deliveries can be handled by us, so you do not have to wait for drivers to arrive. We will sign for your deliveries to the Centre and ensure the driver unloads them appropriately. Your outbound packages can also be handled for pick-up by your courier.
