The flexible arrangement means the space can be vacated at any time, without notice and we fully refund all unused rent. You can also upsize and downsize at a moment’s notice. 

Kennards mini warehouses offered in smaller sizes - from 30 square metres up 90 square metres so a great transition for a business before graduating to a high commitment larger leased warehouse.
