Today’s focus is on our Delivery Concierge Service.

Our Teams are trained and equipped to administer the inbound and outbound deliveries on behalf of customers so they can get on with business.

We have pallet jacks, fork lifts and trolleys to handle a variety of delivery types.

Inbound deliveries are accepted by a Kennards Team Member on behalf of the customer. The delivery quantity is checked and signed-for. The goods are typically put into our delivery waiting area for collection by the customer when they next come in.

We will send an SMS to the customer when a delivery arrives so they can plan their activities around packing and re-delivering the goods.

Outbound deliveries simply happen in reverse. The customer arranges pick-up with their preferred carriers; places their items in our delivery waiting space, and confirms pick-up expectations with our Team Members. Our Team then assist and facilitate loading of the truck with the carrier when they arrive.

It is a greatly appreciated time-saver for our business storers.

It’s simple and there is no charge for this service at Kennards.
